I've used cooking to show love, appreciation, to calm down, to celebrate, to care for others, to cheer myself up, to relax and to test myself. I also cook when I'm hungry. This journal is for me to post recipes (and sometimes pics) which i use all the time, and which people often ask me for. Entries are tagged, so it is possible to search by ingredient or type Feel free to post reviews of recipes using the 'hungry' link at the bottom of each recipe - which will allow you to leave a comment relating to the journal entry. I do a lot of cooking by sight or feel, so have estimated quantities without testing for accuracy for some of the savoury stuff. The cakes are safe though!
